NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
Membership in the National Honor Society is an honor bestowed on students by the faculty in recognition of outstanding accomplishments in scholarship, service, leadership, and character. All incoming juniors and seniors who have a 3.5 or higher GPA are invited to apply for membership in the NHS. A faculty review board meets to evaluate each application for strengths in the four criteria areas. Students who graduate as members of the NHS wear the Honor Society stole at graduation ceremonies.
Generally, NHS meetings are for all members both current and probationary, and are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:35AM. Please check our yearly calendar for this year's dates.
