GARDENING CLUB Get ready to play in the dirt! The Gibault Gardening Club provides students with the rare, hands-on opportunity to establish and maintain a vegetable, herb, and fruit garden on school grounds. At the discretion of its members, the Club will experiment with different gardening philosophies ( conventional gardening, organic gardening, etc.), soils, composts, and varietals to gain a greater appreciation of plants and their cultivation. The occasional group meeting and trip to the Missouri Botanical Garden will punctuate an otherwise-casual atmosphere of planning, designing, and researching Gibault's garden.
