  Lynne Harris -- Teacher. Mrs. Harris graduated from SIU Carbondale with a B.S. in Business Education.  She teaches Computer Applications I, II & III, Internet, Web Page and maintains the school web site.   Her experience includes fourteen  years in education, four years in manufacturing administration and two years in news media. She and her husband, Neil, have two children, Wesley (Mary) and Lindsay (Matt), and three granddaughters.

Dave Hopper - Teacher. Mr. Hopper is the Drivers Education teacher at Waterloo High School and here at Gibault as well. This year is his 20th year teaching at Waterloo and his second at Gibault. He attended Eastern Illinois University. Mr. Hopper is also the football, baseball, and basketball coach at Waterloo. He and his wife Mary Anne have five children-- Michelle, Christine, Amy, Mike, and John.
Pat Hurst – Teacher. Mrs. Hurst teaches Spanish I, II, and is the Sophomore Class sponsor. She graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts from St. Louis University with a double major in French and Spanish. She spent a semester abroad on the SLU campus in Madrid during her junior year and traveled throughout Spain and parts of Europe.  Mrs. Hurst joined the Gibault faculty in 2000 and previously taught at Columbia and Waterloo High Schools. She was also a substitute teacher for 7 years in the Waterloo area. She and her husband,  Ron,  have two children, Jessica and Josh. 
Heather Johnson - Mrs. Johnson teaches Advanced World History, U. S. History, and Psychology and coaches Boys and Girls Cross Country. She has a B.S. in History and Social Science Education from SIU-E and  joined the Gibault faculty in 2007.  She and her husband, Steve, have two daughters,  Ashley and Hannah.  In her free time, Mrs. Johnson enjoys spending time with her family, attending her daughters' sporting events, reading, and running. 
Sister Marcia Kruse – Teacher. Sr. Marcia graduated from ICS in Columbia and St. Teresa Academy in East St. Louis.  She has a B.A. in Latin and an M.A. in Spanish and Religious Studies from St. Louis University.  She taught at Precious Blood Institute in Ruma, at Mater Dei in Breese, and St.  Edmonds High School in Fort Dodge, Iowa.  Sister served as assistant principal in Puerto Rico for 5 years and worked as a missioner in Bolivia for 15 years.  On the scene at Gibault since 2001, she teaches Spanish III and IV and co-sponsors the International Club.
